Oh god you guys, I am exhausted. Short version is: no jump faults, 10.8 time faults - the course was 400m longer and much hillier than Penny Oaks, and the same MPM that we did Penny Oaks in, plus he lost a lot of momentum at several fences jumping them from a standstill. I am THRILLED! Slightly longer version is, he jumped four fences from a standstill, including this massive freakin table that scared the crap out of me the entire night before:
I called his breeder Lisa and thanked her/congratulated her for breeding such athletic horses!!!!!
Anyway, no writeup tonight, but here are photos and a video of a few fences. My mom apologizes, she was taking video with the left hand and manning her DSLR with the right, and her amazing still photos of the water meant that she missed the video there. No worries. :)
Congratulations. I love those water shots. Connor is adorable.
