Five inches of rain...
Four muddy feet...
Three detours...
Sorry for this bridge's offensive language. Sort of. |
Two horses that decided to roll in two feet of floodwater while wearing blankets in 40 degree weather!...
And a partridge dead bird in a pear tree stall door...
He got slammed in the door track and was stuck in there upside down. Forgot to take a picture. It was the end of a very long day. |
YIKES, especially the bridge picture. The flooding, not the language. The language is appropriate to the flooding!
ReplyDeleteIndeed! You couldn't even get to the interstate in my town for a while yesterday.
DeleteWow, that's no fun. Sorry you had a hard and long day. That's yucky weather! :(
ReplyDeleteIt was not fun, but it's life with horses sometimes!
DeleteWhat a day, wow.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! That's a lot of rain!!
ReplyDeleteEeek! Sounds like an off day!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, what a lousy day. The only way is up?
ReplyDeleteIt is. It was okay. Keeps things interesting, right?
Delete*facepalm* at the horses rolling. Man...that's no fun when there's that much water on the way to and around the barn!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you commented! I had just removed your old blog from my RSS list a few weeks ago thinking you'd decided to stop blogging. I missed hearing from my fellow Crossfitter/equestrian. Glad to hear things are good with you and the girls!
