Family Portrait

I pretty much never get my husband to the barn.  He likes to say he supports my riding career by feeding me when I get home late from riding (and he does a good job of that, as Karen can attest!)

But I did manage to get him into a picture with Connor at the show.  Family portrait!

(Also, you all have the rare opportunity to appreciate how short Connor and I actually are for once.  Haha.)

  1. Aw, great pictures. My hubby doesn't come to the barn, either.

    1. As Archer would say, "Little of Column A, little of Column B."

  3. Great photo! How tall is your husband? Husbands keeping a healthy distance from the barn does a good marraige make. ;)

  6. Somehow I knew you were short, but didn't realize Connor was so teeny as well. :D You're a perfect match.

    1. Haha, we are proportional when I'm on his back so we look bigger together. There was even one lady that came to my barn for a clinic and saw our ride, then saw us in the barn afterward, and was like "Oh my gosh, I didn't realize he was so small when I saw him go!"

  7. I love it when my husband comes to shows, although we don't get many pictures together as he's usually the one holding the camera :)

  8. So cute! Our family pics look quite similar as far as putting things into perspective... G is a friendly giant and Bridget and I are short :)
